How did your football team do yesterday? Are you happy with your team this year and do you think they have a shot at the Super Bowl?

I haven’t even checked any of the scores from the weekend. I watched part of the Yale game on saturday and laughed when I read that they got beat by Cornell. I had told the hubs that Cornell would win at the beginning of the game.. He said I didn’t know enough about college ball to make that call.. I laughed because really I don’t know much about college ball in general but I have watched Yale and well.. i laugh.. They aren’t all bad…but Yale is a weak link when it comes to ball. Just my opinion. I wasn’t surprised Cornell beat them.. I knew they would. I was just surprised that it wasn’t by much.. 2 friggin points! Anyhow.. Yale just hasnt had much in the way of NFL hopes and dreams. As it stands right now.. They don’t have anyone in the NFL right now. Nate Lawrie was the last they sent to the NFL I believe.. and he’s not NFL anymore.. UFL I think.. But anyhow that wasn’t your question was it.. god i tend to ramble!
I don’t keep up with colleg football to be honest. I don’t even really have a favorite college team. My wife keeps up with the Iowa Hawkeyes but I personally can’t stand any teams from Iowa. LOL So, I pretty much root for whomever is playing AGAINST the Hawkeyes. LOL

My team won yesterday as did yours. Am I happy with my team??? I think I’ll let you answer that question! I LOVE FOOTBALL this year. *we got brette farve* *we got brette farave* I also always think we have a shot at the Superbowl. It’s just the fan in me.
Yeah, you ARE happy with your team! You have a LOT of spirit for your team Joy which is really cool. 😀 Even if that old has been Favre is your quarterback. LOL Sorry, I just couldn’t resist. I saw the highlights from the Minnesota game last night. WOW! What a nail biter that was! 🙂
Of course the Cowboys have a shot at the Superbowl! We have the prime spot of playing on Monday night this week!

The Canes lost but remain #1 and the Longhorns won and remain #2.

My Bears are looking GREAT this year! They beat the Seahawks in Seattle yesterday and the Steelers the Sunday before last at home. Cutler and Hester are working very well together!

Yea Joy said it….Vikings ROCK! And b/c of Sundays game my throat hurts! My brother is a hard core niners fan….you can imagine the trash talk and screaming! GO VIKINGS! …btw I picked the Bears…and won $6O with all my picks! :}
