Well the best present I’d given this year would be some cool shirts to my dad:)

Money to Benny the Troll and Cute Daughter to buy new tyres and get their vehicles repaired. It’s a safety thing.

I think the one that got the most response was from Erin. I got her a
“forget the princess I want to be a vampire” shirt.

…other than that I think you and I gave the best gift to a certain boy and girl we both know. Time together.

      LOL…..love the shirt!

That was a good gift huh? We did good this year. 😀

The best present I gave, in my opinion, went to my nephew! (Nikki’s son) I found him an Adrian Peterson Fathead and Joy and I went in on it together. It is soooo neat! I haven’t heard where he stuck Adrian once he got him home, but maybe Nikki will update us!

Oh yeah, those Fatheads are cool. We got my 2nd youngest son some Iowa Hawkeye fatheads for Christmas this year and they are really cool. Those things are FRIGGIN EXPENSIVE though!! 😀

Oh Gary! You’ve got to get them on sale! I kid you not. That’s the only reason I checked them out and with Joy going halfsies, it worked out great!

Paula found Ryan’s on sale as well. She got it for a really good price and I about freaked when she told me the “normal” price. GEESH!

OMG I agree Sue that was thee coolest gift he got!!! He decided to make the TV room the Vikings room instead of his bedroom. He’ll see it more and his friends are VERY jealous!!!! 🙂

      • December 29, 2009 3:32 PM

        I’m so glad! Take pictures!

      • December 29, 2009 6:17 PM

That’s AWESOME Nikki! Hey, did you see that Vikings game last night? 😉

  5. December 29, 2009 11:58 AM

Hmm hard question! My oldest daughter got a pair of boots that she loved and my youngest got an art easel.

I think the best physical present we gave this year was a Leapster 2 to Logan. He loves it and plays it half the day.

Other than that I would go with taking my son to spend some time with his girlfriend at JJ’s place. 😀

I gave my parents a gift certificate to Honey Baked Ham. They would never spend that much money on a ham. LOL!

Hmm IDK really? Paul & Joy asked for Xmas decor but they didn’t have what they asked for so I still went that route. I hope they like everything. They are hard to buy for!!! I think the gift I got Jason was the best, maybe the most appreciated also! lol I got him a new Philips Norelco razor!!

I framed some of my photos and sent them to my parents. I heard through the grapevine that my mom wanted some…

VERY nice gifts Terri! The last gift I ever gave my dad was one of my photos for Christmas. He passed away before it was hung and now I have it hear in my home.

The best present I gave this year? I think it’s our new puppy, Jiggy. I thought he’s a gift I could give to my boys since they’d been wanting a puppy for a long time. Now that they’re 8 and 10, they can be more responsible to care for the puppy. But to my surprise, we all bonded with Jiggy so quickly. He’s not just a gift for my boys but for me and my husband as well. He totally changed our lives.

I think he is meant for us as much as we are meant for him. It is truly a great gift.

Puppies are just awesome aren’t they? They really do change your life and become part of your family. Jiggy is a cute little guy too! LOL

kitchen things for my grown daughter and her boyfriend’s first apartment. You wouldn’t believe how appreciative she was of getting kitchen gadgets etc… and I think it’s sweet she’s all grown up and has her own place.

    • December 29, 2009 11:36 PM

I bet she was appreciative! I remember my first apartment. My parents bought half the stuff in it. LOL
