I don’t get out much so I only put gas in my car about once a month. Give or take a day or two. 😀

About once a week or fortnight depends how much we get out & about. I fill up the work ute (pickup) once a week

once a week usually unless we do a LOT of running around. And gas will go up again watch and see..we got a 3 day weekend coming up. Total bullshit!

    • May 20, 2009 4:59 PM

OH HELL YES! They will raise the price of gas like tomorrow to make as much as they can over the long weekend. BASTARDS!! 😉

About once every 2-3 weeks unless we’ve done a lot of out of town stuff. You have to remember I live only 2 miles from my work as does Husband. We are very lucky!

Once a week unless I’ve been driving all over the countryside doing errands or whatever. Then twice a week.

    • May 20, 2009 5:02 PM

I would say that’s about “normal” really. 😀

  7. May 20, 2009 9:00 AM

    One a week!

  8. May 20, 2009 9:50 AM

Every other week. With summer coming it will less often since I don’t have to drive to take and pick-up the kids from school.

  9. May 20, 2009 9:59 AM

Never!!! I make my husband do it. I don’t drive much but when I need it, I ask in my nice pretty voice, “would you please fill up the Tahoe, I have to go to X-Y-Z tomorrow.” It works.

That is very nice of your husband.

      • May 20, 2009 6:50 PM

It is isn’t it Paula. I may tease him a lot and give him lots of s**t, but he’s really a good guy.

I don’t have a car anymore. I use my daughter’s Subaru Outback. It’s like a miracle for me because it always has gas. I drive it everyday but I never put gas in. I love those little miracles of life.

WOW! Joan, you have one hell of a gig going on at your daughters!! LOL

NO CAR NO GAS , I TRAVEL MOSTLY BY WALK AND PUBLIC TRANSPORT. I DID HAVE A TWO WHEELER WHEN I WAS WORKING . THEN THE FILLING WAS ONCE A WEEK. NOW I AM VEHICLE FREE GAS FREE. NO GLOBAL WARMING ON MY ACCOUNT.

    • May 21, 2009 12:17 AM

Well that’s cool lviss. Walking and public transportation is certainly a cheaper means of getting from point A to point B as well.

  12. May 21, 2009 12:17 AM

every one and a half weeks. It used to be more often, but then I started making the kids walk to school. They get exercise and it’s good for both the environment and my wallet!

Oh don’t worry about the kids, when I was their age I walked to school uphill both ways – NOT.

    • May 21, 2009 12:21 AM

      That’s not too bad Era.

LOL…..I always walked to school uphill both ways as well and usually in snow up to my belt. LOL

Haha…I’m like my Ma…I make Jason do that! I also don’t drive a lot, if I need to go somewhere I always make sure Jason gases up!
I’m going to be totally honest here and say the first time I ever put gas in a vehicle I was probably in my early 20’s! lol I’m only 28!
