“Taco Pizza”
My world famous home made taco pizza. AKA…..last night’s dinner!
Ok, so it’s NOT world famous but it was DAMN GOOD!

I can honestly say I have NEVER had a taco pizza before! It does sound good to me, though. What kind of cheeses do you use on it? How about the sauce? Do you make your crust from scratch? It looks yummy, Gary! *)* The award looks great, by the way! Congrats!

Antonio’s pizza in College Station, TX has a taco pizza that looks exactly like this! It’s really good, too. The tortilla chips add great texture. Do you serve yours with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side??

I serve salsa on the side. I just put a bowl of it out on the kitchen table for everyone to use. NOBODY in this house would eat guacamole and never tried it with sour cream. That could be good!!
Antonio’s actually fills a plastic ketchup bottle with sour cream and drizzles it over the pizza. That gives it the flavor without the horrible mess that usually results from using too much. Worth a shot!

Wow. No one in your house eats guacamole? Not even you? That makes me sad.
I WILL eat it, but i’m the only one in the house that will. Since I am the only one that will eat it, I don’t make it or buy it at home for just myself.
That’s where you and I differ, amigo. I would be thrilled if no one else in the house wanted guacamole. That would mean more for me. And considering I make the best guacamole in the world, that’s a pretty sweet deal.
Gulping pizzas by the dozen is yet to catch up here. It looks good , it must taste good.
