New Theme
Hello everyone!!
First time visitors to Gary’s World are certainly not going to notice anything new here but for you repeat visitors and “regulars”, you have probably already noticed the change in the “theme” of Gary’s World. I hope I didn’t freak you out! Did you have to look twice to make sure you were at the right place?
If you are at this point looking closely at your screen and thinking or saying out loud, “what? I don’t see anything new….I don’t see what he is talking about”, you may want to google “ADHD” and act accordingly. 
I’m SURE I would have chosen the “Vigilance” theme when I started this blog just a short time ago but it was not available yet. I think this theme became available the end of last month or the beginning of this month? I liked the “Pressrow” theme I was using but I find the new theme a little “cleaner”. The links on the right are a little larger and easier to read. The body of the blog is a little larger and not so center weighted and there are a few options I like that the “Pressrow” theme didn’t offer. I do however have to make a new header image.

Hey, it’s great. I have wanted to change my theme a few times but I’m such a creature of habit and like things the way they are! The only trouble I had was finding the comment button but now I know where it is!! It was a blond moment!!! I like this a lot.
Thanks Joy! I’m liking it so far. I must be blonde too because I had a hard time finding the comment button too. LOL I hope that doesn’t detour people from leaving comments.
I agree it is cleaner looking. It’s interesting how other have theirs set up. I likey!!!!
I thought if anyone would be “freaked out” by the new look it would be you Nikki. You know, the whole blonde thing and all. Glad to hear you handled it all ok and didn’t get too confused or anything. (KIDDING) ROFLMAO!!!!
hehe, the new theme came out like a week ago or something. I tried it on one of my blogs, and I played around it abit. It was pretty cool (but still learning…). You can actually make the right side abit shorter too.
Nah, I didn’t think there was something wrong, coz I guess the background colour is white, so I kind of knew I’m on the right blog, LOL! It is cool, I like your header in the previous theme (did you take that pic yourself? If so, that is pretty awesome!). And oh, did you know you can add am alert box? yeah…nice huh?
Keep it up, I think your blog is awesome. It got the funny bits, quite exciting and cheery. *thumbs up* Keep it up!

I haven’t played around with it much yet. I will probably do some playing around later tonight and this weekend. Yes, I did take the header photo myself and thank you very much for your compliment. Photographers LOVE to hear good things about their photos!!
I did notice that alert box you talked about but didn’t really look into what it does. What is it????

I was toying with switching to this theme, too, but decided to stick with my current theme, which is the last new one that WordPress came out with.

It’s kind of like “Annoucement of the day” if you like to call it, or even a “Shout Box”.
But… you need to do the html code for it. I just learnt how to do it.
